These Terms apply to all orders placed through our online store by consumers and businesses worldwide.

A consumer is any natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, or profession.

3. Products

We sell physical electronic products, including development boards, accessories, and related hardware for devices such as the Flipper Zero and ESP32.

Product images are for illustration purposes only. Minor differences in appearance or manufacturing revisions that do not affect functionality may occur.

4. Contract Formation

The presentation of products in our online store does not constitute a legally binding offer.

By submitting an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products.

The contract is concluded when we accept your order by:

• sending an order confirmation by email;

• shipping the ordered goods; or

• accepting payment via PayPal.

If we cannot accept your order, we will inform you and refund any payment already received.

5. Prices

All prices shown are final prices.

Shipping costs, where applicable, are displayed separately before checkout.

Customers outside the European Union are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, taxes, or similar fees imposed by their country.

Payment is accepted exclusively via PayPal.

Your order will be processed after successful payment authorization.

We ship worldwide.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss passes to consumers upon delivery of the goods.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers located in the European Union are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal where applicable.

9. Warranty

Consumers benefit from the statutory warranty rights applicable under mandatory law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights.

10. Product Use

Our products are intended for development, educational, research, prototyping, and hobbyist purposes.

Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility with their own equipment before purchase.

Improper installation, modification, misuse, overvoltage, reverse polarity, or use outside the intended specifications may void warranty coverage where permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are liable without limitation for damages resulting from intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death, personal injury, or where liability is mandatory under applicable law.

For all other claims, our liability is limited to foreseeable damages resulting from a breach of essential contractual obligations.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and product descriptions, remains the property of The Wired Hatters or its licensors.

No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

For consumers within the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws of the customer's country of residence remain unaffected.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.

14. Dispute Resolution

We are not obliged and are not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board unless required by applicable law.
