​​Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers Only)

The statutory right of withdrawal described below applies only to consumers residing in the European Union (EU) or where otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at contact@wiredhatters.com and provide your order number together with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods to us within 14 days.

Return Conditions

You may inspect and handle the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, as you would in a physical store.

Please return the item, where possible:

• in its original packaging;

• with all accessories and tags included; and

• without damage resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

If the value of the goods has been diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them, we may reduce your refund by an amount corresponding to the loss in value, as permitted by applicable law.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods when exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.

If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide an appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund.

We will refund the payments received from you, using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or product, please contact us at contact@wiredhatters.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Exceptions

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply where excluded by applicable law, including, where relevant:

• goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized;

• sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery; and

• other exceptions provided under applicable consumer protection law.
